Complete transformer substations of industrial type with a capacity of 400, 630, 1000, 1600, 2500 kVA (hereinafter referred to as KTPP) indoor installation are designed to receive, convert and distribute electrical energy of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz. They are used in power supply systems of industrial enterprises and other objects of the national economy.
KCCI are constructively issued:
- single-transformer KTP – right and left execution;
- two-transformer KTP – single-row and double-row.
In double-row substations, a busbar bridge is installed for electrical and mechanical connections. Distance between facades of opposite sections (depending on the order 1800, 2300, 2800 mm). KTPP are manufactured by transport blocks no more than 4 m long.
Automatic transfer switch (ATS) is provided in two-transformer KTPP. The relay protection and automation scheme is carried out in the relay compartments of the cabinets and provides for all types of protection in accordance with the PUE. The operating mode is manual or automatic. In automatic mode (ATS mode) there are two options – manual or automatic return to the starting position. The busbar is carried out with aluminum or copper busbars of design sections according to the PUE. The number and types of UVN, LVN-0.4 kV cabinets, as well as the types of circuit breakers are determined by the customer according to questionnaires. It is allowed in some cases, upon agreement with the consumer, to manufacture LV switchgear-0.4 kV cabinets according to atypical schemes, according to individual technical conditions. At the request of the customer, current transformers and ammeters in each phase can be installed in the cells of outgoing lines of all types of LV switchgear cabinets.
